many different development projects CRHC is involved with.
Projects Under Development
CRHC is constantly involved with building new homes or
redeveloping existing ones to provide more access to social and
affordable housing in the capital region. Visit the Projects Under Development

RFPs and EOIs
CRHC is required to put out public tenders for some of the
maintenance work to be done to our projects. If you are interested

CEAP Renovation and Retrofit
As announced in Canada's Economic Action Plan, the Federal
Government will invest $1 billion to renovate and energy retrofit
social housing to help vulnerable Canadians with needed
improvements to their homes while creating spin off jobs in
construction and other industries. Visit the CEAP
