These forms are required for anybody applying to the CRHC.

I would like to apply for the Affordable or Community Housing Program	In these programs, you must specify where you would like to live in the city, and the size of home you require. Please download and fill out the forms that correspond to the number of bedrooms you require. The number of bedrooms you require is determined by the number of adults and children, and their ages. I am currently self-employed.	Money earned from being self-employed is considered a source of income and needs to be reported with your application. If you are self-employed as a Taxi Driver, please download and fill out the Taxi Cab Operators Financial Statement form in addition to the other 2 forms.
